Chiropractic is the practice of adjusting the joints of the body to restore them to their proper alignment within the musculoskeletal system. When a vertebra is out of alignment with its surrounding joints, it is called a subluxation. Adjusting a subluxated joint restores the proper function of a joint and produces increased flexibility and ease of motion for the body as a whole as well as having positive neurological effects. The net effect of this is usually a decrease in the symptoms you were experiencing when you first came to the office.
We are conveniently located in the heart of East York and very close to Danforth area, easily accessible by public transit and with plenty of free parking available.

We take our time to give a thorough treatment every visit. The treatment will involve adjusting through different techniques, as well as considerable work focused on the soft tissue of the body, such as muscles, ligaments and tendons. Some patients may require the use of custom foot orthotics. We provide both orthotic insoles and a whole line of orthotic shoes, sandals and work boots.
